1872 Peirce Farm on Witch Hill Topsfield, MA
This Topsfield estate included an old carriage barn that had fallen into disrepair. The interior of the barn received a structural facelift with an all new timber frame substructure to replace the 2nd floor as well as timber framed trusses and window frames. The tasteful restoration was completed and now hosts weddings and events throughout the year.
